Culture Audits

An increasing important focus for many organisations is to proactively review the nature of their working environment.

We have conducted a range of culture audits for various organizations. We meet with employees on a strictly confidential basis. Their perceptions and experiences of their working environments are collated, anonymized to protect the confidentiality of the conversations, with the feedback then provided to the organization in a report.

The report, focusing on general themes and feedback, enables the organization to consider areas for improvement as well as evaluating the effectiveness of their existing practices and values.
